Hi all,
New to the hobby here. I have a 20 gallon nano tank that I set up nearly 5 months ago. I added a torch coral about a month ago and it was thriving. However, I have noticed that for the past two days, it won’t open up nearly as much as it used to. I spotted this black thing on its base but have no idea what it is. I tried to remove it, but it is very hard and stuck onto the coral. Any idea what this is? And how to remove it (if necessary)? I don’t even know if it’s the black thing that’s causing my coral to not open up as much. Any tips are appreciated! Thank you!
