I'm traveling, my tanksitter sent me this video. Anyone know what this stringy stuff is?

 
best i can make out ,micro bubbles clinging to algae ?? sump level too low ??

I cant make it out but maybe sand that’s been kicked up and attached to stress slime?
 
looks like the micro bubbles or something is ticking the corals off causing them to produce slime and micro bubbles got caught into it.
