What is this on my firefish?

Week 2 of qt and my firefish has something on the top of his head. Looks like patches of skin that are falling off. I haven't been medicating the tank with anything yet. What could it be and how should I treat for it? I also have 2 chromis in the tank which seem to be fine.

Looks kinda like flukes to me.
