What is this on my fishy!

Can someone help me id this on Tangy - not sure if the black dotty things are scratches or something else but he has some white dots which are easier to see when he goes dark. Is this ich or something else. I love this guy so getting a bit stressed. He's eating normally.

Looks like turbella or anchor worms
Prazi pro treatment may be warranted. A freshwater dip may or may not dislodge this
