What is this on my glass?

Hard to describe really. It kind of looks like some sort of hydroid but is super stringy and thin almost like mucus from a snail?

bacteria I would say, think of it as algae. safe but kinda annoying.

I would think some sorta bacteria or algae. If it's only a little I wouldn't worry about it.
