Vermatid snail. They produce a slimy web that can irritate corals. The only thing you can do is take the rock/coral out and scrape off the entire thing or clog them up with super glue. Breaking them off won’t fix it as they will just grow another shell. You have to remove the entire thing.

Btw.... I have zillions of them. Too many, in fact, to do anything about them short of buying all new rock which I won’t do. Some say bumblebee snails will eat them but I’m not sure.

Just realized I have a lot more than just this one in my tank to, I was wondering what the tube worm like things were on my live rock !

Does not look like a vermetid snail to me.Mine are tiny tubes with maybe a small spiral at the bottom only.Maybe their are different types?

Almost looks like a rolled up polyclad fw. They love hammers and torches. I had a nasty one in my torch and it took me a little to find it cause it was rolled up under the head like yours. I only saw it when it was all stretched out flat.
