What is this brown branch like cluster on my live rock?

Maybe aiptasia but they look more like palys to me. Most likely the toxic ones. I would get rid of them before they take over

They look like hydroids to me. Hmmm.

Agreed look like hydroids. As the tank gets more mature they will eventually die off on there own, or you can manually remove.
