What is this on my MAZE frag?

What is this tentacle looking thing on top of this Maze frag?
It almost looks like a piece of an anemone.
I can get more photos if needed.

It looks like a really large piece of fish poop to me.

Here is another shot with a different camera, it is flowing in the current.
The tip is purple and this is a purple maze frag.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Maybe it's a empty tube from a feather duster. I would just remove it from the coral so it doesn't irritate it.

It looks like a really large piece of fish poop to me.

There are two clown fish only in this tank, but under 2 inches.

I have a large ball of Chaeto in my refugium.

Well, definitely too big to be a single strand of Chaeto. I’m stumped!

Could it be a piece of my Purple Condy Anemone?
Maybe the current is too strong where it's at and a piece broke off bashing against the rocks?
