What is this on my paly?

I noticed this bubble looking thing on my paly. No idea what it is. It looks to be the same as the paly. Sorry for the poor quality, it's the best I can do.

1st pic looks like the paly is bouncing.

2nd pic looks like bubble algea.

Does look like a bubble algae.

I would try to gently roll or scoop it off and see what happens.

Prob a bubble algae. Dont pop it. Try and removr whole. Hths

I never thought about bubble algae. I'll keep an eye on it. Never had it in this tank so I'd be surprised if it was. I wish I could get a better pic. It has the same coloring and pattern as the paly, kinda like the paly has a toomah!

This is what I originally thought lol

Pretty neat....I guess all coral will "bounce" under the led lights.

Today I tried to gently but firmly "roll" it off. Whatever it is is firmly attached and will not go peacefully!
