What is this on my rock?

Pineapple sponge!Hello everyone, I been having these things growing all over my rocks and now growing on the glass of my tank. What are these? Are they harmful ?

Not Harmful.
Clean them off the glass with a normal sponge.
Use a filter sock to catch them or so. Clean the rocks off with a brush or inverts.
Or just leave them if the don't bother your reef look.
