What is this on my snail?

Im seeing the shape but not that of a snail but can be= Angle makes it hard to tell

It is hard to tell for sure, but I think I can see some little circular openings in some of the pics, so I'm thinking you may have a colonial tunicate mass there.

Tunicates aren't bad unless they start to spread aggressively, and then they should be relatively easy to remove/contain - so, yeah, if they're tunicates, they should be harmless (just keep an eye out for any invasive spreading).

I see what you're saying there - an easy way to tell if it might be an oyster or not for you, OP, is to feel it and see if it feels hard/solid or soft/squishy.

Not going to lie, the new pics are much clearer than I was expecting - well done! That's definitely an oyster.

My wife's phone camera has a macro lens and is obviously much better than mine.

I assume this isn't something to worry about then.
