What is this on my tank glass? White tiny things

I would say I am on my end on a fight with Dinos, have about three days with no signs of it. But Today I noticed lot of white tiny thing on my glass that move when I touch it. Got it under the microscope and this is what I can see. Any ideas? Should I be worry?

I'm thinking Flatworms. They can multiply into the hundreds and swarm a tank.

If they are tiny and white I would think pods, can’t see video
