A better picture. Many Euphyllia have sponges on them. If that is what it is. It is harmless more beneficial than an eyesore.

Ok so i tried to take another its actually very difficult to get it i can explain it though....Its red oval last night i touched it it was soft it has 2 holes one on top and one on the bottom

Still think it is a sponge. The holes are for water filtering. It cleans water as it eats.

Is it ok to be so close to my torch

They are harmless. They may spread but onto the skeleton area. And limited to dark areas. The tentacles of the torch help shield the light. If it gets too much light it will die. Many sponges also will die it exposed to air.

alright thanks for clearing that up
