What is this on my Zoas?

New to the hobby. What is this on my Zoas? Is it good or bad or neither. Thanks.

It looks like a bubble? Could be early sign of dinos as the polyps around it look irritated. Is there brown stringy stuff right there?

No brown stringy stuff. I do have the new tank diatoms.

It the white thin piece coming out of it is almost like a feeler.

I’d scrape it off with a razor, just to be safe. I can’t really see it in the pic but based on the description it’s not really anything you’d want to keep

I just scraped it off. Definitely seemed like a snail home of some sort. Thanks for all the quick replies.
