is this coraline algae its bright red under 100% blues looks neon but pics don't pick up how bright it is

Can you get a pick under whites? And get closer to section of it.

Also, is it hard? Blow off easily? Slimey to the touch?

i dont know how to get the lights to all white yet soo here is a picture of it with no lights and no in encrusted to the rock
