What is this on the orange disc?

Is this some kind of parasite?

Does it move? Is it attached? It almost looks like closed polyps from a different type of soft coral that is growing on it.
I hope someone can figure it out…I’m curious!

Its not part of the coral ? Do you have any other softies in the tank that look like the tentacles ? Like previous poster said might just be piece off of one of them ?
