Good morning all, so in looking at my tank this morning I see one of my Rasta’s closed up and upon closer inspection I see something next to it! Very very small. Any ideas? I sure as heck hope not a vermitid! But if so, how do I get rid of it without disturbing the zoa too much?

If you can pull the rock/frag for closer inspection, if its hard and looks like a weird lumpy tower its a vermitid. You can scrape it off with a pair of tweezers or you can simply cover the thing with glue should you fear for damaging the zoa's

(Zoa's are tough SOB's so don't worry too much LOL)

Awesome thank you

They can be REALLY well connected to the base if its a vermetid. Just be careful of that initial burst when it comes loose if you use tweezers or try to dislodge it.

GREAT LOOKING RASTAS :)
