What is this polyp on my favia?? Help!!

Just noticed this polyp coming out of my favia. Sorry for the pictures. These were the best pics I could get. Anyway is this bad? What is it? Can it be fixed?

Looks like an aiptasia. I would get it out and cut off that piece if you can. They can spread when you try to do it in the tank.
 
Aiptasia anemone, just buy aiptasia x that’s why I’ve used it takes multiple shots but it works in the end.
 
Because its aptasia in a wierd spot, I recommend approaching with a syringe that will reach in and inject either lemon juice, or preferably Kalkwasser powder mixed into a paste and inject into the Center core and it will melt away Safely
 
I would also try to do this out of main tank. Can avoid it sending out babies. Or at least help.
