It's a blue-ish green color. Singular stem up the center with several offshoots. Looks something like feathers on a birds wing

Unfortunately my "guess" is Bryopsis. Haven't delt with it in one of my tanks before or yet since i've been back. Hope I am wrong even though it looks nice currently.

My guess would be a feather caulerpa, if it is algae.
Looks a bit to small but maybe?
 
Yeah, I can't see the offshoots from the stems well enough, but it's either Caulerpa or Bryopsis.

If it's Caulerpa, it'll have a stolon (a long "root" that runs along the surface of the substrate connecting each "feather" together at the base); if it's Bryopsis it won't (Bryopsis has rhizoids, which look more like actual plant roots).
