What is this slimy stringy stuff growing on my rock?!

I've recently moved 2 tanks into one, had the usual algae and dino blooms, nothing too serious. Then I noticed this stuff growing on a damaged spot on the edge of my monti spongode and it has moved to the nearby rock. Does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it without helping it continue to spread?

Dinoflagellates. Im fighting right now and winning.
Lower lights to near dark for 3-5 days. Add 10ml per 10 gals of Hydrogen peroxide to tank daily and raise your magnesium. Try to remove with net, algae scrubber or similar as much as you can. It will be gone quickly

You didn’t ID them by chance with a microscope did you?

Thanks Vetteguy, I was gonna use a toothbrush and a siphon to remove as much as I can. I've also in the last few days had bubble algae popping up right on the sand bed, gonna vacuum as much of that as I can too. Will this remedy curtail that also?

Nitrates are 5 and phosphates are .06 by the way...

Wont get rid of Bubble algae but slow it down. Once dino is gone , well gone . . . . . On bubble: Emerald crab ( MAYBE. They can be lazy. Foxface Rabbit- Good shot but they get big and may annoy coral.
My best success with bubble has been use of Liquid Vibrant. DO NOT use vibrant with Dino present as it actually will feed and fuel the dino causes it to accelarate
