What is this snail like + web sucking thing?

So I moved my tank and not sure what i did wrong but many of the fish died and it looks like it is building itself again now. All the coral survived and the anemone also is alive (so not really sure what the other fish died).

Anyway I found this web like substance on one of the coral rocks today and this something coming our of one of the things growing on the rock and doing - well you can see below

Any idea what is it?

I only had to read the title to know Vermetid snail.

Super glue gel over the opening that the web comes out. It can irritate coral.

You can break them off..
Inject with kalk.. plenty of ways to remove them if they are problematic in your system...
