Like its says... what is this? Its like a thin, clear shell. Like if you watch candy makers blow a bubble in the candy... except gross. Its also kinda attached to the glass. Any ideas are much appreciated!

You have snails? Could be a snail egg sack. I some large snails in a freshwater tank I used to have, and they would try to lay egg clutches everywhere. But then I am just guessing.

This is in my refuge. I don't have any snails down there. I'm hoping this isn't a bad thing.

I had a large out-break of what ever kind of algae that is in my 14 gallon bio cube it took months to get rid of. PULL IT OUT before it spreads.
