What is this speedy thing?

Lights went out and I started looking closely at my tank and stumbled upon this well swimming spec. It stays near the glass and also wiggles super quick. I'd does not look like a worm.

Not sure if I should be scared or happy

Best guess is epitoke which is a larval stage of many marine worms .

After doing some comparison, I believe you are correct. I only seen 2 but from reading, it seems to be the beginning of a epitoke fest.
