What is this stuff in my sump ?

So I have a question for you guys I am currently cycling my 93 gal cube and I have this like clearish slime building up on my filter socks in my sump. I have no clue what it is and it apears really quick. I clean my filter socks everyday and keep an eye on it but does anyone have a clue on what it is ? A bacteria of some sort or algae ?!?Thanks

Edit: I have been reading on what seems to be the same thing people are having apear on their socks but from what it seems like they are having the problem after carbon dosing. Correct me if wrong. I also am not dosing anything atm.

In a way it does look like that but what is weird is its only on my filter socks in my sump my rocks are clean.

My sump is clean too, the filter sock gets clogged by the stuff but it blows off display rocks easily. It is starting to recede now, after 3 months. My understanding is just a cycle of new rock. Planned on curing rock but nano cracked that I was upgrading from during my move.
