I don't have any fish that create a mucus bubble at night. Not sure what this stuff is. Tank has been up for 7 months or so. Parameters are in check except some high po4 at .25ppm. Just added some chaeto to the refugium and if that doesn't do it I'll start some gfo I suppose. And the videos are in 4k so don't forget to up the quality on YouTube.

May be vermetid snails

That was my first thought and only thing looking anything like this that I could find in my research. But the pictures I see of vermetid snails feeding mucus have much more defined strings.

Plus, I stare at my tank a lot. And I've never seen any of their little tubes. I had a frag that came in with one but I completely removed it and haven't seen another since.

Can you get a still picture? The video is so shorts it’s hard to really get a good look at it

Lights are off now but when I was down there I didn't see any. But I do have another video. I'll post.

I would still say its vermetid snails. They may just be really small and you don’t notice them. There’s mixed opinions on them, I have them in my tank and they don’t effect anything negatively but in greater numbers they might. Maybe someone else here can get you a better id if you’re still thinking it’s not vermetid snails but imo I’m leaning towards that.
