What is this stuff on my rocks?

It kind of billows in the flow. It recently developed, along with some q-tip sponges.

Tank is about 4-5 months old.

Hard to say. It’s so small. It basically falls apart in my hand.

No fish seem to want to touch it, so I’m thinking it’s not algae of any kind.
