What is this stuff??

I recently cleaned up my fuge and some of my chaeto got sucked into my pump into my DT. I now have this crap taking over my tank. I thought it was chaeto but everything that I have found says that it shouldn't have a holdfast on my rocks. This stuff has roots that are are deep into my rocks.

I've read some reports that a Tuxedo urchin will eat it, but mine didn't.
