The tank is about 11 months old. It’s doing fantastic. No real problems. I noticed the red flatworms about month Ago. Could have been longer. I didn’t pay any attention to them because I thought I was looking at a type of red algae.
If it's only been a month, I would wait to nuke the tank at least for another month or 2. Keep track, they might go away on their own. But in the mean time research possible plans of action. Something that eats them, maybe...flatworm exit, maybe. It depends on your preference. I am kept putting off the flatworm exit to do more research and because the cleanup is kinda labor intense. In the mean time they disappeared. It took between 8 and 10 weeks total I think. Keep asking too. Never stop asking. I've been doing this less than a year and I still ask tons of questions.

Sapphire damsels I heard eat them, they are small and not aggressive. I have one going on 5+years and never seen a flatworm in my tank. @Blueseas keeps a few in their frag tanks.

Flat X is really the way to go. But you have to get as many as possible. Have water already made up to do a change. Flat X only kills the flatworms but when they die they are toxic. Just follow directions and you will be fine. I done two treatments three days apart to get rid of when I had my plague. Been dipping my Coral ever since.
