These are hydroids that look similar to you creature id..if yours look like this they are most likely hydroids

Yea they look like hydroids to me as well....Maybe try super glueing them over maybe? I have done that with aiptasia and it has worked, kalk paste might burn the polyps so you don't want to do that. Or you could try a dip in Coral RX, not sure since I have not used it before....

Ive done the glue..it works but hydroids(microscopic ones) travel in the water and end up on LR as now i have small colony popping up on my rock

I would glue what i could without harming the zoas to slow down their reproduction... mine dont harm anything but they look horrible nd like i said earlier they grow every where

Brown Hydroids or Myrionema amboinense is right, the link to the right is one of the best article I have seen.
I had some in a 10 gallon Nano that I had, spread like wildfire and were almost impossible to get rid of. I
finally had to take the rocks out of the tank that had them on and belched them which was the only way to
kill them.
