What is This Swimming Worm?

I just found this guy swimming around my tank after the lights went out. It’s movement looked like a ribbon oscillating pretty fast. Any ideas. Good or bad? I disposed of him just to be safe. By the way,, I have lots of bristle worms and I’ve never seen one swim.

Looks like they eat algae.

It looks like you nailed it. Thank you. The picture in the Hitchhikers guide was close, but I wasn't sure and the description said nothing about the swimming behavior. Other hits on the web had pics almost identical to mine. Sounds like I have nothing to worry much about
