Vermetid snails. They are more annoying than harmful and I dont allow them in my tank. You can take reef putty OR gel super glue from the dollar store to place on their tube openings OR what I do, Break them off at the very base with a pliers and discard them. Rinse pliers afterwards and dry as they will rust
