What is this thing growing on my snail ?

I have something growing on the shell of my snail. It has little tentacles and I have seen it pull the tentacles in. I made a picture

to try and capture what it looks like. Does anyone know what it could be ? And should I be concerned?

What is the best way to get rid of him ? Take snail out and brush it off the shell with a soft bristle brush ? I’m completely new to all this. Thank you for your advice and patience with me.

Aptasia X, Kalkwasser paste, or crazy glue.

Outside of the tank for sure, I'd use an exacto knife or Razor blade so no flesh remains even if it means scraping some shell...
