What is this thing on my galaxia???

So I am pretty decent at identifying hitchhikers in my reef tank. However on my galaxia frag I noticed something I've never seen before. What is this thing? It's not rigid and moves in the current.

Interesting. Whats got me wondering is the fact that I did an agressive dip so I am not sure how it would survive. I got this coral about 2 weeks ago. It was dipped in seachem dip and a quick peroxide dip due to hair algae on the plug.
