Just randomly saw one of my turbo snails on the glass tonight and noticed some strange black thing moving around I thought he was pooping or something but upon closer inspection IT'S ALIVE! It has its own little shell it pops out of with feelers of some kind and if you look close in the picture you can see another small shell with another one of these things in it. It appeared to just be eating off the glass as my snail moved around but what is this and could it hurt my snail(s)?
