What is this thing ??

I was looking in my tank and I saw this thing.. it seems to be growing on a few spots on my rock as well just not as big as it is shown here. What is it and is it bad? (My clownfish seem to photobomb every photo I try to take)

polyclad flatworm? if so i would remove it

That looks like white tissue from not moving the sand at all… try to take it out with the water vacuum.

I sucked it up, and moved some sand around to hopefully prevent another one!

Get a goby since they move the sand and keep it clean, also madrine do that but they can be really picky eaters. Meaning some will not eat frozen food but live copepods. And other stuff… also if you have copepods they will eat all nasty algae and other stuff

I would stay away from a mandarin ..
the tank looks too new

Indeed they need stable tanks (not saying that even old tanks can’t crash )
