What is this thing?

I think @ISpeakForTheSeas will be the only person with any idea what this thing is. It has this calcified trumpet shaped tube, and when I saw that I thought oh that's probably a veremetid snail, but nope. It has these feathers kind of like a feather dusters but they come out from all sides of the tube and are very short. Here's some pics. Any ideas?

They could also be some variety of colonial hydroids. If they're feather dusters they're very unique lolooking.
I'm leaning towards a unique feather duster. It looks very similar to one tube is just a little large

Definitely a feather duster - if the tube is calcium carbonate based rather than sediment and mucus based, it's a Serpulid worm.

Definitely. Today his crown was fully out of the tube and it is actually pretty large. I'll try to get pictures
