What is this thing?

Hey all,
My husband just spotted this in my tank and we're wondering what it might be. I am at work right now and have never seen it before.

In the photo it is to the right of the orange mushrooms and seems to have a shell and also looks fuzzy to me.

He said it is pretty fast moving

is it possible to get a closer picture?..
It kind of looks like a Stomatella though.

Picture's not the greatest, but I agree, stomatella would be my guess. Google that and see if it looks similar.....a snail with a partial shell. They are good by the way.

Thanks for the quick responses. My husband took the photo with his phone to show me, but it is no longer in view. I will work on enhancing the photo I've got and add it here. Thanks for the leads.

yup. Stomatella. They are awesome snails!

Great! I am so relieved that it's a good one. I am fairly certain that the interesting things in my tank only come out between 3:00 and 3:30 (am and pm) weekdays. When I'm either asleep or at work. LOL

I hope there is more than one of these Stomatella in there!
