Appears at first to be a polycad flat worm.
Reputed to be a clam and snail eater. I belive there are types that do not eat Clams nor snails.
I’ve had them and not lost eaither.
Does it stretch out flat?

@saltyfilmfolks it does! I think I see another one in the tank...
Very tiny though, only a few millimeters. I just read up on Salifert Flatworm Exit. The one above is the only one I can see right now. If the population is so small that I can only see one, I should be able to dose it without having to worry too much about toxins right? I can just throw a new bag of carbon in and do a 25% WC?

Does look like a polyclad worm, I had some and the best way to rid your system of them is a Melanurus wrasse, I've heard that flatworm exit does not work so well on them but the wrasse will. I lost a torch coral about 6 months ago, it was covered in them when I dipped it in Coral Rx, put the wrasse in and have not seen one flatworm since.
FWE is a whole tank treatment so the “toxins” released are not just from the pest it should be a consideration. It impacts most all the microfauna.
I’d say if you go that route , start cleaning, and prep for it.
You may even need to test a bit with the FWE by carching one , making a soloution based on the reccomded dose and seeing if it’s effective before doing the tank.
