what Is this thing??

Funny, I haven’t had one of these posts in a long time. Latest additions to my tank was about a month ago 1 yellow watchman goby and a yellow eye tang. The tank has been about 100 lbs of live sand and live rock. I upgraded from a 36 bow front to a 75 about 18 months ago and the tank has just been running in with only a blasto frag and gha for a year. Tonight I found this on my glass and I’ve never seen it before. There seem to be thin white / translucent feeders extending from each branch. I circled it to see if it’s mobile, I’m guessing it is since it wasn’t on the glass this morning.

Thanks I found it on Melve’s reef as “Foramoniferian” searching for both names brings up scientific data but not a lot of general info. Reef life truly amazing.

This must have been in my system for 4 to 5 years. Like I posted only two fish have been added since the upgrade oct 2016

No very different, spaghetti worms look like a bright red earthworm with red hair waving around. I thought this was some type of algae until I saw the feeders.
