What is this thing ?

I’m new to the hobby and bought a used tank off fb market place. I’ve had this tank for four months. This popped up one day after a water change and an adjusted lighting parameters(using a hydra 26 using BRS’ recommended lighting). I’ve only seen this once and never again.

If it’s brownish in color, it’s good, leave it. If it’s red/orange with white legs, remove it, it’s a fire bristle worm.
