I just got back home from visiting my family over Christmas holidays to find this on the bottom of my Zoa Frag plug.

White body with a fuzzy head?
I’m new to the hobby and this is what appears to be my first critter, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little bit worried. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
