What is this thing?

I've been watching this weird black squishy thing for a few months now. It has a mouth, it doesn't move, I'm not sure what it is. That's a Xenia it's under if you need some size scale.

Cool, thanks guys. It doesn't seem to be bothering anything. It deflates during the day and inflates at night. I don't notice it because the xenia covers it up. Not sure where it came from, but that's an awesome part of the hobby.

It’s actually a sign you have a very healthy tank if it’s surviving too. I love finding new life in the tank I’m jealous!
