What is this wavy thing?

Any Idea what this is? It's transparent, long and wavy. New aquarium in cycling stage for 1 week.

At first, I thought it was tissue also. However, there was never any near the aquarium. It just appeared today, after a week.

Pulled a piece out and verified its not tissue. Its kind of slimy and worm-like. Yellowish in color.
