so my tank has been up for about 9 months and for the past 2 months or so I've noticed this white gooey film on my rocks and occasionally in a ball on the sand bed. Any idea what it could be from? I'm also seeing little to no growth.

Use mesh filter socks change every other day

Return is about 400 gph
