What is this- white stringy spaghetti mess

Any ideas? Only appeared today. Tank is almost 24 months old
White spaghetti stringy stuff coming out if sand

Could be several things, spaghetti worms - beneficial, egg threads of some kind, 1st, 2nd and 3rd pics looks like there might be a micro brittle star on hte right side hiding behind the sand grains.
