What is this white stringy stuff growing on my GHA?

Did a 10% water change yesterday and as soon as I got done this white stringy stuff appeared over my GHA and I was just curious what it is. In the pic it's in the top right-ish.

Could be Vermetid snails bit hard to tell from the pic. They do cast a white net.
