What is this white stuff

can some one tell me what this whit stuff is? It’s growing on a couple of frag plugs and one spot on the rocks. Do I need to get rid of it ?

Are you talking about the little white dots? If so, look very closely and if you see a spiral to them, they are spirorbid worms

Yes the spaghetti looking things. Is it bad stuff?

Sponges. Won’t harm anything but scrape it off if it bothers you or starts to overgrow the star polyps.

Sponge. Agree. The last pic with it on the frag plug is your best pic. Ty. The others were.kinda blurry.

I would just remove the sponge on the coral if it is covering them. Otherwise, they are harmless. You just don't want them to suffocate your corals.
