I figured as much, wasn't sure if they will get out of hand or inhibit flesh growth?

I dont think so, but they are easily removed if you wanted to remove them. I don’t see much in main display, maybe one here it there but I have a bunch in my sump. They have never bothered anything in there lol

I've never had them cause any problem, and their numbers seem to diminish over time.

If you think they are bothering the corals you should remove. They will come and go in you tank and sump
