What is this worm looking thing?

Was white and stretched out 3+ inches while in the tank. Outside on a paper towel it looked like this.

Hard to tell. Did it look like a spaghetti worm?

I think it might be a spaghetti worm as well, they shrink up a ton if you mess with them.
