What is this worm thing??

Can anyone identify and let me know if it’s good or bad for my reef? Just noticed it slithering in the back of my tank.

No harm to the reef, good CUC. You can put them in the sump if you catch them in the DT

I tossed one in the sump 5-6 months ago, and found one climbing in the chaeto last weekend that’s almost earth worm size!
